환불 정책
My Love Games는 Google Play 스토어 및 App Store의 정책에 따라 환불을 처리합니다.
구매 후 단순 변심에 의한 환불은 원칙적으로 불가능하며, 아래와 같은 경우에만 환불이 가능합니다:

• 구매 후 아이템이 정상적으로 지급되지 않은 경우
  
  

• 구매 내역이 확인되었으나 사용하지 않은 경우
  
  

• 시스템 오류 또는 중복 결제로 인한 피해가 발생한 경우
  
  

※ 환불 요청은 구매 후 7일 이내에 아래 이메일로 접수해 주세요.

환불 절차

1. 이메일로 구매 일자, 사용자 계정 정보, 결제 내역을 함께 보내주세요.
   
   

2. 확인 후 영업일 기준 3일 이내에 회신 드립니다.
   
   

3. 환불 승인 시 Google 또는 Apple을 통해 자동 처리됩니다.

We follow the refund policy provided by Google Play and App Store.
Refunds are not issued for change of mind, but may be granted under the following circumstances:

• Purchased items were not delivered properly
  
  

• Valid purchase not used or accessed
  
  

• Duplicate or system error-related purchases
