My Love Games

1. Scope of Application

This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application “My Love Games” (the “Application”) provided by My Love Games (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”).

The Application is distributed on a freemium (part-free, part-paid) basis. By installing or using the Application, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Policy.

2. Information We Collect and How

The Application may automatically collect the following information when you download or use the app:

Advertising ID (Android), IDFA (iOS)
IP address
Device information (OS version, model, etc.)
App usage data (screens visited, duration of use, etc.)
Crash logs and performance metrics
Firebase Installations ID

※ We do not collect precise location information or personally identifiable data.

3. Purpose of Collection

Collected data is used for the following purposes:

To improve app functionality and enhance user experience
To configure app content via Firebase Remote Config
To serve personalized ads and analyze ad performance (AdMob)
To analyze crashes and performance (Firebase Analytics, Unity)
To enable platform-based leaderboards and achievement systems (Game Center, Google Play Games)

4. Third-Party Services and SDKs

We use the following third-party services and SDKs in the Application, each of which operates under its own privacy policy:

5. Notice on Serverless Architecture

We do not operate our own servers or databases. All data is stored and processed in the following locations:

On the user’s device (local storage)
On servers operated by Apple, Google (including Firebase), and Unity only

6. International Data Transfer

Data may be stored and processed in the following countries by the corresponding service providers:

Google LLC / Firebase – United States
Unity Technologies – United States, Singapore
Apple Inc. (Game Center) – United States

All international data transfers are conducted securely and in compliance with applicable laws, including Article 39-12 of the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea.

7. Data Security

We implement the following measures to protect collected data:

Minimized access to sensitive information
Encrypted communication via HTTPS
Compliance with Firebase and Unity’s security policies

8. User Rights and Choices

Users may:

Uninstall the app at any time to stop data collection
Manage ad personalization through Google or iOS device settings
Request access, correction, or deletion of their data via the email provided below

9. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13. If such collection is discovered, the data will be promptly deleted.

Parents or guardians who become aware of such collection may contact us using the email below.

Voice chat and free text input are restricted for users under 13.

Parental control is available through iOS Screen Time and Android Family Link.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

We may retain data for as long as reasonably necessary for app operation.

Upon receiving a deletion request, we will delete the data within a reasonable timeframe via the email below.

11. Changes to This Policy

This Policy may be updated. In such cases, we will notify users via the app or this document.

Continued use of the app constitutes agreement with the updated policy.
